Illegals...

This post below is in response to a friend from high school who was talking about how Illegals are a problem.

Here is his original post, "So let me just throw this out there. Name another country that will let you come into it illegally give you a drivers license and let your kids qualify for free education college included. And if they are born here automatic citizenship. Go ahead name one."

There were, of course, comments before mine, but I thought I would just share mine...

 
Actually, if you want to get real technical, We all are illegals...except for the American Indians who were here first. Technically, American English should not be the standard, it should be the American Indian language. Look at how Europeans came over and without acknowledging that the American Indians had Rights here first, the Europeans decided that it wold be fair compensation to pay the American Indians with money that the Europeans forged themselves. The American Indians were led to believe that all would be well. It's called Eminent Domain, and it is an unjust law, that was created by the Europeans.
Unless you have at least one drop of American Indian blood running through your veins, then ye have no Right to be complaining about Illegal Immigrants. As far as Mexicans or Canadians, I am willing to bet that since North America originally did not have fences, that Mexicans and Canadians still have more Rights that Europeans do as far as the land here in North America. I am 1/128 American Indian (that means my full blooded American Indian was 7 generations ago), and the rest of me is comprised of European (French, Irish, German, Swiss, U.K) and Russian (Lithuanian).
I am so very tired of hearing politically correct terms...
Our very country was founded on screwing over the Natural Rights of those who are financially poor. Look at American Indians, Indigent Servants from U.K., Africans from Africa.
Don't even get me started on politics.
Those that Ignore 99% of my posts, do so because they think they are not directly affected by the corruptness of our Government. Yet, give me at least 3 hours and I could explain how each and everyone here is affected, no matter what you think.
Look at the history of just the United States of America, and count how many years our government has had us in a war, and you will see that war is kept going for a profit. If it wasn't, then our government would not have a hand in any way. Think about it.
Illegals. I think they are one of our concerns, but not a major concern.

I am (first and middle name here) of the blood family [Miller] and I come now as the Petitioner and Administrator of my private estate, and claims under redress of grievances(s) under the Constitution Act. 1 and  (18 USC 24-242 and 42 USC 1981-1982-1983-1984-1985) I am one of “We the People” under Republic law in California Republic and claims the protections under Statue at Large number one, and the Ninth Amendment and under the assorted laws governing the insolvency of the country and being inadvertently find myself under subject to the Bankruptcy HJR-192: I am not a all cap person “(ALL CAP NAME HERE)”, only the beneficiary to these accounts, there are no records established in your papers given to me, of that name other than your want to profit from these assigned BB and SSI accounts to me. These special accounts located within the Birth Certificates and the Social Security numbers are not to be used again without my written expressed consent, ever again.

Please pay attention: to all public servants, franchises, corporations and the world at large, take  ‘JUDICIAL NOTICE’ ‘ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE’ and follow these orders; in the nature of a ‘WRIT OF ERROR’, CORAM NOBIS, and this DEMAND FOR DISMISSAL FOR FAILURE TO STATE THE PROPER JURISDICTION AND VENUE for one of the “We the People”, not named as an employee a corporations under charter, not subject to Statutes and Codes, that are not positive laws, and a DEMAND FOR VOID JUDGMENT of all matters brought forth within these cases named herein, to be acknowledged by your commercial courts adjudications as null and void ab initio.

I (first name and middle initial here) [Miller] the living natural woman, being ‘One’ of the “We the People” accepts the Constitutional oath of:  all PUBLIC SERVANT’S, and with their individual OATH OF OFFICE, stating “that I will and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter (A constitutional CONTRACT SEALED WITH SIGNATURE and accepted) dated and file in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of California. Each public Servant has the duties to uphold their oaths to the state California Republic constitution(s) a binding contract and to their UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’s constitution. These pledged of allegiance statements, within the oath that a public servant takes, is by the consent of the “We the People” to conduct in public servant offices the peoples business. This does not include any other unknown oaths that the judge and other public servants including, but not limited to, the franchises for profit corporations that may take with third parties, including but not limited to, commercial franchises and with the United Nations with regards to the Rights of homeowners and private business. Judges cannot serve two masters.  Without full disclosure of these other pledges allegiances and oaths, dictates that there are other interests that would necessarily be a conflict of interests to the rights of a one of the ‘We the people’ (and would need to recuse themselves) from handling the ‘We the Peoples business’ as by the consent of those people understandings. An appointed judge has only one duty that has placed them into public service, that is the constitution and by way of the ‘consent of the people’. They are to maintain that office for the benefits of the We the real People and not special interests of commercial franchises and banks and attorneys for their profit making enterprising (franchises), which otherwise becomes a private closed union shop RICO and Racketeering. Failure to comply may be the loss of employment and retirement assets to the proposed defendant and possible prison time. Included within these acceptances are fiduciary duties to do the right thing in these matters

Fraud in its elementary common law sense of deceit-and this is one of the meanings that fraud bears [483 U.S. 372] in the statute. See United States v. Dial, 757 F.2d 163, 168 (7th Cir1985) includes the deliberate concealment of material information in a setting of fiduciary obligation. A public official is a fiduciary toward the public, including, in the case of a judge, the litigants who appear before him and if he deliberately conceals material information from them, he is guilty of fraud. (And Misprision of Felony) McNally v United States 483 U.S. 350 (1987)

The ‘One’ of the We the People (first and middle name here) of the blood family of [Miller] is the acting Administrator of the estate will, does hereby ACCEPTS YOU fiduciary OATHS under the organic California constitution of 1850 to serve the ‘We the People business’ of which I am one, whom has accepted your duties and obligations under said public servant office. Provisions under the Statute at Large number one, is a positive law. I accept the provisions and hold you accountable (Including, but not limited to, the appointment of you as trustee (within these constructive trusts as cases) to settle and closure of alleged debts under of the HJR-192 Public Law 73-10 under Insolvency Act stated within the “Statutes At Large” number one and within the Government codes Stats at Large 10 volume 48 pages 1-112) to those provisions as law of the land including unalienable rights named within the Declaration of Independence and Articles of Confederation stated in Stat at large  one.

Let it be known that I, (first and middle name here), of the blood family of the Miller withdrawals, revokes, cancel, rescind my consent to these all of the so called government contracts, understanding and agreements, jurisdictions, authorities under admiralty and maritime laws, named herein for commercial fraud, violations of terms and conditions of said agreements, commercial security fraud, tax embezzlement of un-authorized un-lawful without consensual taking(s), impersonation of public servants without proper authority activities, engaged in profit making schemes and violations to the fair and honest services from public servants guaranteed by the same constitution they swore to.

It has been brought to my attention by licensed professional experts in the Securities industries that each of these cases and accounts has yielded collateral, funds and otherwise values related to your accounts set up under usury of the Birth Certificates and the Social Security number under my name and have become security investments to investors, for profits. These funds have been reported to be invested into the Court Registry Investment Service (CRIS) and or several trust escrows, for unknowing investor(s) on the municipal and mutual funds market after being laundered through the Secretary of Treasury for corporate government(s) to benefit from any of the below, Judges retirement funds, Cal Pers, FSCME, and others well hidden from site tax free. This is security fraud and insider trading tax embezzlement without a security brokers license with ‘futures for profits’ and taints cases for a particular outcome for the performance of the case need to have a particular outcome to maintain the security.

The balancing of your double (Dipping) judicial booking system will have to be completed by you the judicial officer (public Servant to the California Republic Constitution) and with the cooperation of the (Franchise(s)) the franchises tax board, IRS and franchise(s) agencies corporations and the Federal Public Salary Act with the GAO and the OMB programs that compensate your public servant employee offices involved with these frauds not disclosed to the innocent one(s) consent. If by chance you do not wish to balance your books and end these fraudulent securities, it would necessarily means I will have to settle and close these accounts with force under proper authority to assist my efforts.

I wish under ‘subpoena power’ and under ‘FOIA’ and the ‘Private information Act’ to have a full accounting of all activities, cusip(s), and investors of these securities address and locations of these securities along with the maturity dates immediately. This is necessary will be subpoena (d) if this case continues I am ordering you to end all debts and provide a full forensic accounting of all capital gains and taxes paid upon these gains. I want any and all overages returned to a special escrow account and delivered back to my estate. I also want to have a county assessment file on my children names and on mine. This can be obtained from the county. An IRS 4506 T report of all withdrawals by your franchises over the years is demanded.

Please be aware that under the Bankruptcy Act of 1933 and the clause named within Stat at Large, provisions within the Secretary of Treasury within the State California is authorized to forgive alleged debt entered into the court system, otherwise we can take these issues up with the IRS for cancelation of debt and or forgiveness of these allege debt.

I also would like to remind you that you and your franchise that took these actions against my wishes and will destroyed my life with my children. This means that under Maritime Law, these contracts were forced upon me without my consent, will and wishes (forced under duress to contract). These on it own merit nullifies this entire so called contract(s) forced upon my life not subject to your  Codes and Statutes.

If you feel I am in error and I don’t know what I am speaking about, you are welcomed to put it in writing and explain to everyone including your bosses of your wants, otherwise I will send your communications to the IRS, USAG, Inspector General, Victor General and the SEC for further investigations into securities fraud and tax embezzlement purposes for your profit and gains mostly not known to anyone. Additional I will contact the 9^th circuit court and have a special masters investigation, of the full truth of these matters of forced slavery that you are forcing upon a victim of your fraudulent activities.

I am giving you 21 days upon receipt of this communication, with the understanding that receipt of letter is 5 days from the above posted is delivered to you, for to answer and settle and close all files accounts cases, and to e-sponged my record and my children’s records forever. In the best interest of justice and an honest and fair court, I also seek damages to my private lives and relations to my children lives.

Manners in general

What ever happened to manners?

I remember there was a time that people said, "please" and "thank you" and would say, "good-bye" when a phone conversation ended, amongst other things.

Have you noticed that where there were once lots of manners in all aspects, and for some reasons they are either no longer, or have diminished greatly to the point of asking,"What's going on?".  Well, I have.  And I don't like it.

I was taught that for the rules of the road, you put your turn signal on to let other drivers know that you were going to.....turn, and...people were actually nice enough to let you in.  Nowadays, I would be lucky enough to be informed that a person wanted in my lane by turning their signal on.  Well, that happens about 50% of the time.  About the other 50% of the time, people do actually turn their signal on to let me know.

What about treating someone with respect?  "Treat others like I would like to be treated."  Good grief people.  At this day and age is seems that treating someone with respect with a lot of people went out the window.  Why?  Why do you believe that you can treat someone like "less than" dirt?  What did that person do to you to deserve that kind of treatment?

Letting someone finish a sentence.  Not texting on the cell phone when you are with friends or family.  Turning off the t.v. and spending time with those important to you.

How about returning phone calls,....?


It seems that we have become more so a society that it's all about "me" and not respecting another human being, or showing the care and consideration to another.

It's sad when we have become a society that enjoys watching others disrespect others...prime example "The Jerry Springer Show".

I realize I am on a "high horse" and that I am pointing out the degradation of society, but can you blame me?  I would love to see more people show respect for one another and allow for proper communication.

My Bio-mother...

Well, I sit here thinking of what next to write about.  I suddenly thought, my bio-mother, cause that is what she is to me, nothing else.

You see my bio-mother tore me away from any family I might have ever known, my dad too, but my bio-mother(here on in only known as bm) did it to me twice.  We had been living in Michigan near her side of the family till I was about 19-months old, when my dad, as I understand it, requested a transfer(as he was in the Air Force) to somewhere other than MI or OH.

Well, we got far enough away, all the way out to California.  Don't get me wrong, I love California, but the bio-family I could-have, should-have known is back east.  I long for the day where I could have called up any of my cousins and said,"Hey, let's go to the mall", or, "let's go to the movies".  Nope, got screwed there.

Well, by the time I was 3 or 4, bm & daddy split.  It seems he was doing something he shouldn't have with me, something he should have been thrown in jail for.(Later in his life, he truly saw what he done wrong, repented and got help, so I commend him for that.)   That's why they split.  But this blog is about bm, not about dad so enough about him.

Now, come on...I know that with any family, he*, with any person they can have skeletons in their closet.  I know my dad sure does, but come on people.  To tear me away from family?!

Bm was very authoritative with me while I was growing up.  It got so bad while I was a teenager that every weekend I had to use Spic-n-Span to scrub the walls(the drywall mind you) till it showed the metal frame of the house.  That still wasn't good enough for her!  W.t.h?!

All I know is, that growing up in a authoritative household, it wasn't a pretty sight.  By the time I was 6-years old, bm dated several men, the last finally to become my step-daddy.  Oh!  What a combo there!  He was the same way, except he did the green stuff, you know, marijuana.  A real winner there.  But this blog-post is not about him, so let's move on...

So, sometime after high school I got pregnant 3-times, only the 2nd one I lost through a miscarriage.(I know she was a girl, and I know one day I will see her in heaven.)  The 1st and 3rd pregnancy were joyful.  I have a beautiful daughter and a handsome son.  My 2 children have 2 different fathers.

Now, here's a doozy...my bm in her infinite wisdom(yeah, her narcissistic, self-preservatory, self-made b* she is) used Children's Protective Services to legally steal my children away from me.

So, not only did I lose my bio-family that I could have known all these years, the joy of me being a mother got stolen from me...by bm.

It took me 8 of 13 years to Fight CP$ the legal way, in trying to get my children back home, when I should have known my Rights to begin with, and just written bm out of my life.

Well, when I found out that bm had used CP$ to legally kidnap my children from me, it tore me up inside.  I literally cried everyday for 3-weeks not knowing what was going on with my children.  Her reasoning?  "I was protecting *Jane(not my daughter's real name) from *John(not his real name who was my son's father) from being further *___*(not going to say, and not going to give you any hints either as this is not the subject for this post).

I was being emotionally drained on all accounts...for the love of my children, for the loss of my children, for what *John did to *Jane, for bm using CP$ to kidnap my children, for lack of sleep, for stress of not knowing what my children were going through.

Growing up in an authoritative household, and not knowing my Rights, I turned to my court-appointed attorney. (I'll keep this part brief as this post is really about bm.)  He did nothing for me.  In fact I later learned that he sold me down the river.  More about the corrupt court system in another post.

With bm having physical custody(as the courts stole it from me and gave it to her) of my children, she 99% of the time used that to her advantage by NOT allowing my children to call me, when it was court-ordered to do so.  Let me say that again, but in easier language...I had asked my children several different times, at supervised visits that we got, why they never called me.  Their response,"Gugi(there name for bm) said later".  Well, bm,...Later never came.  I guess one day you are going to have to answer to your God as to why you used such a corrupt system to take my children from me.

I had SO much HATE for bm, it tore me up inside because of her using CP$ to steal my children from me, had many health issues...was stressed all the time, did not sleep well, had ALL the classic symptoms of type 2 diabetes(hungry & thirsty all the time, no energy, sleeping when I wasn't  working or driving, peeing every 15 minutes like a racehorse, lost weight, gained weight, eyesight got VERY poor, skin very dry), depressed, and I was crying half the time cause I missed my children.  After 8 years I finally decided it wasn't worth my health to hate a woman that I was never ever going to have anything to do with for the rest of my life.  So, it has been a journey for the healing process for me, but I can healthily say at this point in time of my life that I no longer hate bm.  I don't love her either.  I have no feelings for the woman.  She will have to settle up her Karma with her god when her time comes.

Today I have no feelings for bm, negative or positive.  As a matter of fact, 99% of the time I don't even think about her.  I can't.  That part of my life, I was betrayed, not just once, but twice, and I had to do my own healing to get past ALL that hurt.

So, why did I choose mafiainca?  Well, if you break it down, it really it "Mafia In Ca".  Well, what I think I should have named the blog was "Mafia in The United States".  Why?

Cause I have seen and heard about things that the average citizen would-not/could-not believe.

So, I endeavor to educate, inspire and peak your interest in finding the Truth.

So, who is this Mafia that I speak of.  Well, the conspirators who tear families apart, the injustice's done to the average citizen, the meltdown of our society, and plenty others.

New to blogging

Okay, so here I am. For years I have heard about blogging and thought that it was a way for our younger generation to "spill" all their insights, thought, emotions on everything trivial.

Boy was I wrong.

Why did I finally decide to initiate a blog?  Well, I have seen injustices done rampantly to my fellow human being from lieing to murder, and I thought...I could post my insights, what little insight I had.  I will let you decide if I have a little insight, or a lot.

I have named this blog "Everything under The Sun" as that is what it implies.  I am going to talk about that (Everything).  Y'know there was a lady who got a movie deal from her blog.  Why not me?  Or, at least, how about lots of people reading my blog and hearing from their fellow human being who has lots to talk about and lots of issues she needs to clear up.

So, I will keep this first blog of mine kind-of short as I have plenty to talk about and am trying to stay on topic for this first blog post.
